All our ciders are made of old varieties of apples. Wild yeasts fermented. They are produced according to family kept XIX century recipes.







Fresh, classic, naturally sparkling dry cider made of Grey Rennet and Boiken varieties. Great served with soft matured cheeses (Cammembert type), roasted duck, grilled vegetables and generally most of the food :)




















Semi dry aromatic cider made of old fruit varieties Antonówka and Kronselska, fermented with elderflowers. Ideal for an aperitif.
